Got well-kept and beautifully decorated room with great views, balcony, for example - always come in handy. There where a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and coffee/tea making facilities upon arrival. The hotel was in the central setting to whatelse is available in the area.

The staff were extremely great. the villa was reasonably spacious and fairly quiet. the hotel was in a central location to La Isla Shopping centre. It was very close to the ocean and sun. the service was fantastic.

The room service closes at 11 pm. An electric razor disappeared from the room. The air conditioning in the room did not work well, we slept with the door open to the living-dining room. They did not pick up dirty breakfast plates (room service)

The hotel room here is a good size and comes with everything you need. the bed is super comfy and the bathroom is separate, which is nice. They serve delicious hot waffles and pancakes that cater to everyone's taste buds! 🥞.

High quality hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and a great beach front location

Initially allocated a room close to hotel maintenance work.

I thought the staff, everyone of them, to be super friendly. You were treated as a valued customer. The huge swimming complex, was right on the beach front. Great!

It was hard to find anysthing I didnt like, but maybe the lack of hot water in the shower?

Comfortable and spacious room, with really cozy beds! 🛏️.

In the room I got, everything was brand new and fully stocked. If you were staying on the fifth floor or higher, there was a balcony to enjoy too! the breakfast options were top-notch, they even had yummy hot waffles and pancakes 🥞.

It was absolutely fabulous. I thought it would be another big hotel but the staff make it so personable and go out of their way to help you. And a huge plus, the food is incredible and really cheap both at the restaurant and the market. In fact the groceries at the market hotel were cheaper than out on the street.

The staff and resort are excellent. Also having a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen area is an added bonus when on holiday. Would recommend this hotel as a must if staying the in Cancun Hotel Zone and as an added bonus you have the Isla Mall literally right across the road with its many shops, bars and restaurants

This place is conveniently located near a bus stop to take you to popular attractions like the ultramar, pirates ship, and downtown shopping, in a great area.
